If you are not able to print from Wordpad or Notepad let us know in your response. PureEdge was recently purchased by IBM so you would need to contact IBM for support. If this doesn’t resolve the problem then you would need to contact the software vendor for support. If you have the media for the software you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling PureEdge. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of Third Party Software can be solved. Using Third Party Software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly.
Are you able to print from Wordpad or Notepad? Is so then this would indicate a problem with the PureEdge Viewer software.
